The PSNA is looking for a med/surg nurse to represent the floors at the Staffing Advisory committee meetings.  Staffing Advisory is a committee consisting of administration and the PSNA/ONA membership that develop, investigate and improve the care of our patients, staffing issues and workload issues. There is also a review, discussion, and tracking patterns and trends involving Assignment Despite objections (ADO) forms.  The committee meets once a month and you will be paid your regular hourly wage for attending the meetings.  Please contact Mark Whitehurst or Ann Kaser if you are interested.
